Summary
The primary goal of this role is to ensure the highest standards of maintenance and repairacross all Trust properties and facilities. This includes installing, maintaining, servicing, andrepairing a wide range of estate equipment, such as HVAC, heating systems, plumbing,drainage, and roofing. The role involves diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults, ensuringcompliance with safety standards, and modifying and documenting mechanical systems.Additional responsibilities include conducting condition surveys, supervising apprentices,liaising with various teams and contractors, managing minor projects, overseeing riskassessments, and contributing to policy and service development. Effective communication,supervision, and adherence to statutory safety requirements are essential.The successful candidate will drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our maintenance teamthrough exceptional planning, organisation, and communication.
