Seasonal Nursery Operative - Production
Be part of a team focused on planting. The job entails repetitive but varied work on planting, labelling, loading into trays, laydown of plants on site. No experience is required as appropriate training will be given. Forklift ticket holders welcome. Working Monday to Friday 39 hour week preferable.
Seasonal Nursery Operative – Sales Packing
Working around the nursery following a ‘pick/packing list’ finding and packing plants on to trolleys. Successful applicants will be reliable, accurate and willing to learn. On the job training will be given
Working Monday to Friday 39 hour week preferable. Some packing knowledge preferred but not essential.
Seasonal Nursery Operative – Container/Cuttings Department – ideal for part time/school hours
Our container team plant a variety of containers and hanging baskets to particular patterns/designs.
This department can cope with reduced hours e.g. working around school hours, making it idea for anyone doing school runs. The successful candidate will also help the cutting department sticking cuttings into trays on certain days. No experience required, an eye for design maybe of some help but not essential on the job training will be given.
Seasonal Nursery Operatives – Pre-Pricing department
The ideal candidate would have some computer/printer knowledge and help pre-price some of the stock packed for sales.
Applicants will need to be flexible and willing to work in other departments when the workloads dictate.
