Due to continued growth, we are expanding our commercial team and are seeking a driven Sales & Business Development Officer to join our Chester office.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious sales professional looking to develop their career within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the Group’s services.

Key Responsibilities
• Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking
• Book and attend client meetings (virtual and in-person)
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Present and promote the Group’s services to prospective clients
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and commercial agreements
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Work closely with internal teams including compliance, operations, and finance
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting

Skills & Experience
Essential:
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident in building relationships with senior decision-makers
• Target-driven with a proactive mindset
• Excellent organisational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
Desirable:
• Experience within financial services, fintech, or payments
• Knowledge of B2B sales processes
• Experience using CRM systems
