We're recruiting an Isolation Room Manager for a forward-thinking Leeds secondary academy, playing a vital role in supporting student behaviour and reintegration.
The Role – Isolation Room Manager
You'll manage the day-to-day running of the school's isolation room, supervising students who have been removed from lessons, ensuring they remain on task and supporting their successful return to mainstream education. You'll be a calm, assertive presence who holds high expectations whilst showing genuine care for every young person in your charge.

Ideal Candidate – Isolation Room Manager
• Psychology Degree or related subject
• Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting
• Confident, assertive and consistent in managing behaviour
• Calm under pressure with excellent emotional intelligence
• Strong communicator with a compassionate but firm approach
• Diligent, accurate and professional
• Committed to upholding high standards whilst supporting student wellbeing
