Our client, a leading provider of specialist education and support services, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Support Mentor to join their team in Caerphilly, Caerphilly County Borough. As an Autism Support Mentor, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for our clients. In addition to providing direct support, you will also be responsible for documenting your observations, progress, and any concerns, ensuring that accurate and comprehensive records are maintained. This will enable our client to continuously evaluate and refine the support services they offer, ensuring the best possible outcomes for the individuals in their care.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a deep understanding of autism spectrum disorder and the challenges faced by individuals on the spectrum.
