- Provide one-on-one and small group support for students with special educational needs and mental health challenges
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement tailored learning strategies
- Assist in the delivery of curriculum-based lessons, ensuring accessibility and engagement for all students
- Offer emotional support and guidance, helping students navigate the complexities of their educational journey
- Contribute to the creation of a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress and support
- Attend relevant training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role supporting students with special educational needs and/or mental health challenges
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
