Summary
We’re looking for a friendly, compassionate Care Assistant to join our wonderful team at Home Instead in Wareham and surrounding areas such as Corfe Castle and Kingston.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting with daily routines such as washing, dressing, and personal care, always with dignity and respect
- Providing companionship, conversation, and a friendly, reassuring presence
- Helping around the home with light housekeeping and laundry
- Preparing simple, nutritious meals tailored to individual needs
- Encouraging movement and supporting mobility and wellbeing
- Assisting with medication support
- Keeping clear care notes so our team can provide the best possible support
What we’re looking for:
- A kind, reliable and caring nature
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
- Right to work in the UK (unfortunately we cannot provide sponsorship)
