Summary
Were looking for a proactive Senior Analyst & Buyer to support our Clinical Operations Procurement team. Youll manage supplier relationships, contracts, tenders and category analytics, ensuring we have the right suppliers in place and delivering strong commercial performance. Youll also produce highquality data insights and reporting to support strategic decisionmaking. This is a hybrid role, working from our office in Beaconsfield. What You Will Do Ensure continuity of supply and manage contracts across all procurement spend areas. Lead tender processes, negotiations, RFIs/RFPs and vendor management. Manage Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), including KPIs, meeting records and contract updates. Support with raising and tracking orders, supplier queries and stakeholder communication. Conduct spend analysis and develop dashboards, KPIs, savings trackers and monthly procurement reports. Provide insight for Monthly Business Reviews and category strategies. Lead supplier review meetings and maintain strong supplier partnerships. Identify costsaving, efficiency and supplier consolidation opportunities. Support mobilisation of new clinical sites and Capex requirements. Assist with developing procurement SOPs, policies and continuous improvement initiatives. About You Youre analytical, organised and confident managing suppliers, data and stakeholders in a fastpaced environment. You work with integrity, communicate effectively and stay calm under pressure. You have: 3+ years experience in Procurement or a related field. Experience managing contracts, tenders, SRM and supplier negotiations. Strong analytical skills, including spend analysis and reporting from raw data. Excellent communication, organisation and timemanagement skills. Ability to prioritise, problemsolve and drive costsaving opportunities. Experience supporting highvalue tenders and category strategy work.
