About the Role
As the Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the daily running of the service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered. You’ll act as a clinical lead within the home and play a key role in driving quality, compliance, and a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strong clinical leadership across the nursing and care teams
Ensure the home remains fully compliant with CQC standards
Support staff development, training, and performance management
Lead on care planning, risk assessments, and audits
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external partners
Contribute to continuous improvement and service excellence
What We’re Looking For
Registered Nurse (NMC Pin Required)
Previous experience in a senior or leadership role within a care home setting
Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
Passionate about delivering exceptional resident care
