At Mitie, our people are our greatest strength, and our promise is to create a place to work where you can thrive and be your best every day. We're looking for a Legionella Remedial Plumber who will deliver essential compliance, monitoring, and plumbing services across a variety of client sites.
Role Responsibilities:• Carry out a range of monitoring, one-off remedial cleaning, chemical testing, and minor plumbing tasks.• Work across a wide mix of client sites to meet agreed requirements of the Legionella control programme.• Maintain customers' water-safe logbooks in line with the Approved Code of Practice (ACoP) L8 and company guidelines.• Take water samples from multiple sector properties and document them in accordance with the Water Technical Manual.• Complete all documentation in a timely manner, following up any paperwork relating to customer queries.
Required Qualifications:Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing• Experience within Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment (training provided).• Basic IT skills, preferably with Microsoft applications. #MISCM #MISCH #FMH
