Join Us as a Community and Creative Trustee: Amplify Voices & Inspire Connection!
Are you passionate about creativity, community engagement, and powerful communication?
As a Community and Creative Trustee, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how our Trust connects with families, staff, stakeholders, and the wider community. This role champions storytelling, celebrates successes, and ensures our message reaches and resonates with those we serve.
By joining us, you’ll help strengthen our organisation’s identity, visibility, and community relationships, all while supporting our mission to transform the life chances of young people.
As a Community and Creative Trustee You Will:
Champion Communication & Engagement - Use your insight to help shape the Trust’s communication strategy, ensuring our achievements, values, and vision are shared clearly, consistently, and creatively.
Develop Board-Level Skills - Engage in strategic discussions about branding, digital presence, public engagement, and reputation management. It’s an excellent opportunity to grow your professional skillset and contribute at board level.
Build Community Connections - Help foster meaningful relationships between the Trust, its schools, and their communities. Your work will contribute directly to a stronger, more connected environment for students, staff, and families.
Support, Challenge & Inspire - Use your marketing or creative expertise to offer constructive challenge, inspire new ideas, and support the Trust’s efforts to improve and evolve its communications.
Promote Diverse Perspectives - Bring your unique viewpoint, creativity, and lived experience to decision making. We value diverse voices, and your contributions will help shape inclusive, accessible communication for all.
Who We’re Looking For

• Dedication and reliability
• Willingness to learn
• Enthusiasm for our mission
• A passion for meaningful communication
• Time to actively engage in the role
Whether your background is in marketing, PR, digital media, community outreach, branding, or creative industries, your skills can make a transformative difference.
Other Reasons to Consider Becoming a Trustee:
A Rewarding Experience- See the impact of your work through stronger engagement, clearer communication, and more connected school communities.
Professional & Personal Growth - Gain board-level experience, enhance your strategic communication skills, and collaborate with leaders who share your passion for positive change.
Community Integration - Join a committed group of individuals working together to support young people. Build lasting relationships that extend well beyond the boardroom.
