We are seeking a proactive and welcoming Workplace Host who will elevate the overall workplace experience by owning the full touchpoint journey.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about service excellence and confident in creating a smooth, friendly and efficient front-of-house experience.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who thrives in people-focused environments, can respond swiftly to a variety of requests, and contributes to maintaining a safe, compliant and engaging workplace aligned with ISS standards.

Working closely with workplace teams, this role supports reception, visitor access, events, enquiries, floor checks and general workplace operations to ensure a consistently positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full Touchpoint Journey and other user-centric concepts to deliver an exceptional workplace experience.

Support front-of-house and reception activities, including assisting colleagues, visitors and contractors with building access and enquiries.

Deliver the unexpected through excellent customer service, events, and surprise-and-delight moments for colleagues.

Build strong relationships with customers to become the natural “go-to” person and trusted partner.

Engage with key stakeholders to ensure efficient collaboration and timely responses to service requests.

Act as a natural host, ensuring guests and colleagues feel welcomed, supported and at home within the building.

Serve as the main point of contact in the lobby and on the floor, assisting with requests similar to a 5-star concierge (technology, food services, events, wellness schedules, etc.).

Support mailroom duties when required, including the sending and receiving of mail.

Conduct regular floor checks and coordinate with service teams to maintain a high-quality workplace environment.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills with the confidence to engage professionally at all levels.

Organised, accurate and adaptable, with excellent time management and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

System-literate and comfortable using workplace tools and technology.

Experience in corporate, hospitality or other customer-facing environments.

Proactive, motivated and service-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.

Understanding of basic health and safety expectations and the importance of workplace compliance.
