Summary

Vincent House, Blackpool

Location: Blackpool, Lancashire

Hours: 38 per week (on a rota basis which will include days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays)

£12.50 – £13.37 per hour

We are looking for a resilient and resourceful project worker to work within our supported accommodation project – Vincent House in Blackpool. We provide support to single homeless people, both male and female aged 18-65yrs.

The successful candidate will ensure that the health and well-being of the residents is maintained, providing a point of contact between residents and external agencies. You will deliver support from initial assessment, with independence skill building to being ready to move on to the next step of their journey. Working closely with Housing Options you will be required to interview and assess potential new referrals. You will be required to lone work and undertake cooking and cleaning tasks during the shift and administer medication. You will not be required to provide any personal care.

You will also be required to complete basic paperwork; complete spreadsheets and send email via our computer system, therefore a level of IT skills are required.
