Surrey Based | £200 per day (CIS) | Immediate Start
Our client is looking to recruit 2 experienced and reliable General Builders / Multi Traders to join their growing team.
This is a hands-on, varied role perfect for skilled tradespeople who take pride in their work, enjoy working independently, and can deliver high-quality workmanship across multiple trades.
You’ll be working across a range of residential projects throughout Surrey, including occupied homes, so professionalism, excellent communication, and maintaining a clean and tidy workspace are essential.
️ Key Responsibilities
Carry out general building, plumbing, and multi-trade work to a high standard
Work independently and use initiative to complete tasks efficiently
Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and to client expectations
Maintain a clean and tidy environment, particularly in occupied properties
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management
Travel to various sites across Surrey using your own van
✅ Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ plumbing experience and 5 years’ general building experience
CIS Registered: UTR number required
Driving: Full UK driving licence and own van (cars or trucks not suitable)
Location: Must be based in Surrey
Personal Qualities:
Able to work on your own initiative
Honest, reliable, and punctual
Professional appearance with good communication skills
Pride in delivering high-quality workmanship

Pay: £200 per day (less CIS tax)
Hours: Monday – Friday | 8-hour shifts
