Summary
About this Role
You will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, contractors and delivery staff, providing a warm and professional welcome. The role involves managing calls and enquiries, supporting safeguarding procedures for visitors, coordinating deliveries and post, maintaining records and databases, and keeping the reception area organised. You will also support communication with parents and staff, assist with administrative tasks for the SEND team, liaise with finance, estates and contractors, help coordinate building operations, and support health and safety processes including risk assessments, first aid and Duty Manager responsibilities when required.
About You
Proven recent experience in a customer-facing customer service role.
Strong administrative experience with excellent attention to detail and the motivation to see tasks through to completion.
Confident using a range of Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above.
