Summary


Provides autonomous, specialist care for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, working across different outpatient settings. The role combines opportunities for clinical development alongside leadership, education, service development and research.

The successful applicant will:
• Deliver MSK physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, and management
• Contribute to service development, training, and innovation
• Supervise and mentor band 5 physiotherapists and students
• Undertake audit and research to evaluate service impact
• Support the operational management of MSK outpatient services
• Champion patient-centred care, shared decision-making, and effective communication
• Deliver rehabilitation through one to one and group formats

Candidates must demonstrate excellent clinical reasoning and a commitment to professional development.
