Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
Pay Rate: £18.50 per hour (PAYE)

We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Operative to join our team based at RAF Brize Norton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and physically capable individual to secure a long-term contract through to June 2026.

This role has a strong emphasis on the physical aspects of warehouse operations, particularly picking and packing equipment accurately and efficiently, while working collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking and packing equipment to meet operational requirements

Handling, lifting, and moving stock safely (manual handling required)

Preparing items for dispatch and ensuring accurate labelling

Loading and unloading deliveries

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Working closely with colleagues to meet daily operational targets

Adhering to all site health and safety procedures

Requirements:

Previous warehouse or logistics experience desirable

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work

Accurate colour perception is an essential requirement of this position

Candidates must be able to obtain SC (Security Check) clearance

Full UK driving license required
