Summary
Simple Insurance Solutions is seeking a professional Motor Insurance Broker to join our UK-based team. The successful candidate will assist clients in finding suitable motor insurance policies, provide competitive quotations, and deliver excellent customer service throughout the policy lifecycle.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in insurance, sales, or customer service who possess strong communication skills and are committed to helping clients find the right insurance solutions.

Duties
- Advise clients on suitable motor insurance policies, including private car, commercial vehicle, and fleet insurance
- Provide accurate quotations and clearly explain policy terms, coverage, and exclusions
- Liaise with insurers and underwriters to obtain competitive rates and suitable policy terms
- Manage policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and customer enquiries
- Maintain accurate client records using broker management systems such as Acturis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures
- Assist clients with policy documentation and general insurance guidance
Skills
- Previous experience in motor insurance, insurance sales, or customer service preferred
- Familiarity with Acturis broker management system desirable
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to speak languages other than English is a plus
- Knowledge of UK motor insurance products and underwriting criteria is advantageous
