Community Care Worker
Tiverton, Cullompton, Sampford Peverell & Surrounding Villages
Up to £26,000 per year | Paid for your whole shift | 45p per mile (on top of pay)

We pay you for your whole shift — including travel time and gaps — so you can focus on what really matters: caring.
Choose shifts that work for your life
We offer a range of regular, consistent shift patterns, giving you flexibility alongside stability:
7:00am – 2:00pm
7:00am – 4:00pm
4:00pm – 10:00pm
A variety of shifts is preferred but not essential.
Alternate weekend availability is essential, covering at least two shifts per weekend.

Pay‑per‑contact, starting from £13.00 per hour
Enhanced pay for evenings and weekends
Casual, flexible working without fixed hours
✨ All carers receive 45p per mile travel allowance on top of their wage — no matter which contract you choose.

You’ll be helping people remain independent in the homes and communities they love, covering:
Tiverton, Cullompton, Sampford Peverell and nearby villages

Friendly, respectful personal care and encouragement
Support with meals, medication and daily living
Genuine companionship and emotional support
Simple visit recording using our Beehive Care app
