We don’t rush our carers. We don’t pay per minute.
We pay you for your whole shift — including travel time and gaps — so you can focus on what really matters: caring.
Choose shifts that work for your life
We offer a range of regular, consistent shift patterns, giving you flexibility alongside stability:
7:00am – 2:00pm
7:00am – 4:00pm
4:00pm – 10:00pm
A variety of shifts is preferred but not essential.
Alternate weekend availability is essential, covering at least two shifts per weekend.
Exciting contract options — designed around you
We offer something truly different in the care industry, with multiple contract options to suit your lifestyle:
✅ Salaried contracts – paid for the duration of your shift
Perfect for those wanting consistency and security
Paid on a salaried basis for your full shift (not per call)
Minimum 3 shifts per week, including alternate weekends
Ideal if you value stable income, routine and guaranteed hours
✅ Flexible contracts – work around your availability
Great for those needing flexibility
Pay‑per‑contact, starting from £13.00 per hour
Enhanced pay for evenings and weekends
Casual, flexible working without fixed hours
✨ All carers receive 45p per mile travel allowance on top of their wage — no matter which contract you choose.
