Summary
The Ideal Candidate Were looking for a compassionate and motivated nurse who is committed to safeguarding and improving outcomes for children and families. Essential: NMC registration in a field of nursing Experience working with children and families Understanding of child development Knowledge of local and national Childrens Services and Public Health policies Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team Full driving licence and access to a car Confident IT skills Desirable: Registered Childrens Nurse Experience in a multi-disciplinary environment Knowledge of behaviour change theory Practice supervisor/assessor qualification Interest in progressing to SCPHN (Health Visiting) If youre passionate about prevention, early intervention and making a real difference in the community, we would love to hear from you.
