- Managing parts sales and stock levels with efficiency and accuracy
- Processing parts orders promptly and ensuring timely delivery
- Offering technical guidance and support regarding vehicle parts
- Liaising effectively with workshop and service departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintaining accurate records and updating relevant systems in line with company standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or in a comparable role within the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and parts systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in German is essential for this position
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach to service
