Summary
Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Swaffham, Norfolk
Role Overview:
As a Support Worker, you will work as part of a dedicated team to support the personal care needs of our residents while respecting their dignity and promoting independence at all times. You will help ensure that our care services maintain a consistently high standard and assist residents with day-to-day activities within the home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to residents.
- Promote residents’ dignity, wellbeing, and independence.
- Assist with daily living activities and general support within the home.
- Maintain high standards of care and service.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to support residents effectively.
Skills & Attributes:
- Caring, compassionate, and patient nature.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Previous experience as a carer is preferred but not essential.
