Summary
Pallet Repairer & Pallet Sorter
Location: Carrington
⏰ Hours: Monday – Friday, Rotating shifts: 06:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Contract: Temporary ongoing
We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Pallet Repairers and Pallet Sorters to join our clients team in Carrington. This role involves inspecting, sorting, and repairing wooden pallets to ensure they meet quality and safety standard
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspecting pallets for damage or defects
- Sorting pallets based on size, condition, and type
- Repairing damaged pallets using hand and power tools
- Removing broken boards and replacing them with new timber
- Stacking and organising pallets in designated areas
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
✅Previous experience in pallet repair, warehouse work, or manual labour is preferred but not essential
✅Ability to use basic hand and power tools
✅Good attention to detail when inspecting pallets
✅Physically fit and able to handle manual work
✅Reliable and able to work rotating shifts
✅Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
