Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm

Holt Engineering are recruiting for an established engineering business based in Poole is looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team.
This is a great opportunity to work within a well-established and supportive company, where you will play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and managing customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining the sales ledger
- Chasing outstanding invoices via phone and email
- Building strong relationships with customers to resolve payment queries
- Allocating payments and reconciling accounts
- Producing aged debtor reports
- Working closely with the wider finance team to reduce overdue debt
- Ensuring accurate records are maintained within the system
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Credit Controller
- Confident communicating with customers and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks
- Experience with finance/accounting systems is advantageous
