The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, strategic and highly organised School Business Manager to join our leadership team. This is a pivotal role within the school, working closely with the Headteacher and Governing Body to ensure strong financial stewardship, operational effectiveness and full statutory compliance.

The School Business Manager will play a central role in ensuring the school operates efficiently and sustainably, enabling staff to focus on delivering excellent education for our pupils.

Key responsibilities include financial management and school budgeting; regular input to school development plan and strategy; maintain and develop school administration and communication systems; risk management and compliance oversight; line management of operational staff and contractors.
