Redlands Primary School is seeking to appoint a thoughtful, principled and highly capable Deputy Headteacher to join our leadership team.
This is a significant leadership role within a small, inclusive and ambitious school. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring that the school’s strategic direction translates into consistent, high-quality classroom practice and strong outcomes for pupils.
Redlands is part of the East Reading Federation, working closely with Alfred Sutton Primary School. Our schools collaborate professionally and strategically while maintaining their own strong identities and communities.
