Surrounded by hills and greenery, we provide high quality Residential, Dementia, Nursing, Respite and Palliative care in a peaceful and welcoming environment where residents feel safe, supported and valued.
Registered Nurse – Days
- £21.36 per hour
- 33.75 hours per week
- Paid PVG, Paid NMC registration, Uniform provided
- Pension scheme and ongoing training
- 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract
The Role
As a Registered Nurse at Oakbank Care Home, you will deliver safe, effective and person centred clinical care, ensuring the wellbeing, dignity and comfort of residents at all times. You will administer medication, carry out clinical assessments, monitor health and respond promptly to changes in condition.
Working closely with the wider team, you will guide and support Care Assistants, maintain accurate care documentation, and liaise with families and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Your leadership and clinical expertise will help create a calm, supportive and professional nursing environment across both day and night shifts.
What We Are Looking For
- Registered Nurse RGN or RMN with an active NMC PIN
- Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to best practice
- Confident in leading shifts and supporting care teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A calm, compassionate and professional approach
