As a motivated and dynamic Assistant Support Worker you will be responsible for assisting with delivering a high-quality programme of support which promotes client choice and control.This is an exciting opportunity to work across two departments within the Life House. Working within the Life College the role will play an integral part in engaging residents through activities and projects within the centre as well as sourcing external opportunities in the wider community. The role will look to build the confidence and self-esteem of our residents from the point of entry into the Life House right through to move into the local community.You will undertake a wide range of engagement sessions already embedded within the Life House but also those that you have highlighted and consulted on. Sessions can be done on a 1-2-1 basis or in a group setting; you will also have the scope to design activities that have accreditation attached to them.
