Electrical Engineers & Panel Wirers – Renewable Energy Sector
A rapidly growing and innovative engineering business within the renewable energy sector is looking to expand its electrical team at its manufacturing facility in Woodbridge, Suffolk.
Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for multiple positions, including:
• Electrical Engineer
• Panel Wirer / Electricians Mate
These roles offer the opportunity to work on cutting-edge electrical infrastructure and energy systems, contributing to projects supporting the UK’s transition to sustainable energy.

Key Responsibilities:
Depending on experience and role level, responsibilities may include:
• Installation and testing of electrical infrastructure and systems
• Electrical panel wiring and assembly
• Installation of cable management systems, trunking and electrical components
• Supporting the build and integration of complex electrical systems
• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Electrical inspection, testing and commissioning
• Fault finding and rectification of electrical installations
• Ensuring all work complies with relevant electrical standards and safety regulations
• Supporting installation and maintenance activities at operational sites when required
• Maintaining documentation and quality records
Candidate Requirements:
We are interested in hearing from candidates with experience in areas such as:
• Commercial or industrial electrical installations
• Panel wiring or electrical assembly
• Inspection, testing and commissioning
• Electrical manufacturing
Applicants must have:
• BS7671 18th Edition
• Electrical apprenticeship or relevant electrical qualification
• Experience within commercial or industrial electrical environments
The following is desirable:
• Experience with renewable energy systems
• Knowledge of communications protocols such as Ethernet or Modbus
• IPAF certification
• ECS / CSCS card
