About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Van Driver / Warehouse & Kitchen Assistant to join our food production team. This is a varied role involving local deliveries, warehouse duties, and assisting in the kitchen production area when required.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver goods to customers and suppliers using company van.
Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
Assist in the warehouse with stock handling, packing, and organising deliveries.
Support the kitchen/production team with basic food preparation and packing.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety regulations.
Carry out basic checks on the company vehicle and report any issues.
Follow all company health & safety and food hygiene procedures.
Requirements
Full UK driving licence (clean or minimal points).
Previous van driving experience preferred.
Ability to work in a warehouse and food production environment.
Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for lifting and moving stock.
Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards (training can be provided).
Good teamwork and communication skills.
