Summary
Position: Specialist Tandoori Chef
Employer: GBK 2021 LTD T/A ASHIQ'S
Location: DUNFERMLINE
Salary: £30- £32K Per Annum
Working days / hours: 42 hours within a 5 to 6 day week
Benefits & Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata), employer’s pension contribution, Chef’s uniform and meals on duty.
Duties include preparation of complex Tandoori dishes, training and supervising junior Chefs, purchasing & dealing with suppliers, stock control, quality checks, health & hygiene compliance, monitoring food safety & temperatures maintaining cleanliness within work areas, care and maintenance of specialist Tandoori equipment, cost analysis and review, preparing reports and schedules and performing key duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE OFINDIAN CUISINE IS NECESSARY. Previous experience - 3 years + working within an Indian kitchen. Extensive proven previous experience at required skill level
At least 3 years culinary expertise in Indian/Nepalese Cuisine.
Good communication skill
