We are looking for a Reservationist to join us at De Vere Tortworth Court

As a Reservationist, you will play an important role in the guest journey and will often be the first point of contact when guests are planning their stay with us. You'll respond to enquiries and secure guest bookings by delivering a friendly and professional service over the telephone and via email. You will ensure all reservations are accurately recorded within our booking systems, paying close attention to detail to ensure every guest request is captured.

You will also look for opportunities to enhance each guest’s stay by recommending additional experiences such as spa treatments, dining reservations or celebrating special occasions, helping to create memorable stays.

What we look for in a Reservationist:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to confidently respond to guest enquiries
• The ability to upsell through a natural and intuitive approach, making recommendations to enhance the guest’s stay and generate additional revenue, whether it be a spa treatment or dinner reservation
• A strong eye for detail to ensure all information is accurately recorded within our booking systems
• Experience in a similar role where you have delivered high standards of customer service
• Most importantly, a warm, friendly and genuine approach to positively represent De Vere and ensure every guest feels welcome
