Summary
Part-time Finance and Administration Assistant required from April 2026The Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and effective Finance and Administration Assistant to join our friendly and hardworking Administration team at the Junior school.
Candidates would:
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to the Catholic ethos and the Mission statements of the Federation.
• Provide sound Financial and Administrative support to complement the current team across both schools.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and an organised, calm manner. Attention to detail will be imperative.
• Be confident in dealing with outside agencies, such as suppliers and financial institutions and the wider community
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is essential; competent in the use of email; knowledge of SIMs/FMS will be beneficial, although full training will be given. Salary: Scale 3/4 FTE £29,436-£31,611, pro rata £14,129-£15,173 approximately. Contract will be part-time, 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day, 9am-1pm, Monday-Friday, term time plus 1 week, usually the inset days.Closing date Wednesday 25th March 2026.
