Summary
Position: Tractor Driver
Type: Full-Time/ Part-Time / Seasonal
Pay Rates: Up to £12.21 per hour depending on age
Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Tractor Driver, where you’ll help create unforgettable experiences for guests by assisting with boat and jet ski launches. You’ll be responsible for the safe operation of our launch equipment, providing friendly, efficient service to help our guests and owners get the most out of their seaside adventure.
We’re looking for an experienced and responsible Tractor Driver with a passion for outdoor work and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate the launch tractor to assist with launching and recovering boats, jet skis, and other watercraft.
- Ensure all equipment and launch areas are maintained to a high standard of safety and cleanliness.
- Perform routine inspections of launch equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
- Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring guests and owners feel confident and informed.
Requirements
- A valid UK driving licence.
- Previous experience with tractor or heavy vehicle operation preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
- Physical capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and peak times.
Due to the requirements of the role, applicants must meet the minimum age of 25.
