Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Beauty Therapist where you will be part of a professional Beauty Salon Team, offering a range of beauty treatments, professional advice and product recommendations to our Guests and Owners… Delivering excellent customer service and memories that last a lifetime.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide memorable spa and wellbeing experiences for all guests and owners
- Prepare and maintain the treatment rooms and deliver all treatments to the required standard of excellence
- Build strong relationships with guests and owners through excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance guest and owner engagement
Requirements
You may already be a Beauty or Spa therapist which is great! All we are looking for is…
You will be NVQ level 3 qualified and competent in all types of massage including Hot Stones and Swedish Aromatherapy. Experience in ‘Spa Find’ products would be beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided.
