Summary

Are you a Registered Nurse with a specialist interest in supporting patients with Parkinsons Disease? If so, and you have the experience,this could be the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for a dedicated professionalwhether full-time or part-timewho is passionate about making a real impact in our Parkinsons Community Services. This is a community-based position, serving the surrounding local areas, with Farnham Hospital as your base.The service operates Monday to Friday, offering flexible hours. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse or practitioner with at least 3 years experience of working at a Band 6 Level or currently working at a Band 7 Level. Some experience of working with people with Parkinsons Disease (PD) or long-term progressive neurological conditions and a strong interest in gaining further clinical knowledge and expertise of Parkinson's disease and related disorders. You will have excellent communication and written skills that will enable you to provide information to support, promote and encourage independence and support decision-making relating to care and support needs. A UK driving licence is also essential with access to a vehicle to provide our services to the community. We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic specialist nurses who are looking to impact to their local community.
