Summary
The service will provide a streamlined, central access for all Adult Mental Health referrals from Primary Care and other professionals, a clinical comprehensive triage before passing the referral onto specialistMental Health Services for assessment. Bucks Adult Gateway will also provide Community Navigation to patients accessing the voluntary sector and pharmacy and clinical advice directly to GPs.
