Summary
PE Teacher – Full-time, long-term temporary role starting April 2026

Duties as PE Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons across relevant year groups
- Teach and support female students in developing physical skills and confidence
- Promote teamwork, participation, and healthy lifestyles
- Maintain a safe and well‑managed sports environment
- Assess progress within lessons and provide constructive feedback
- Contribute to departmental planning and consistent practice
- Uphold safeguarding expectations and prioritise pupil welfare
Ideal PE Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching PE
- Confident teaching female student groups
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire pupils of varying abilities
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Reflective, proactive, and committed to pupil progress
- Dedicated to safeguarding and promoting pupil well‑being
