Crynodeb
This post is to cover 3 Deanery gaps from February to August 2026. Successful candidates will need to start ASAP. Therefore we need candidates who have worked in the NHS for >12 months and need to be registered with the GMC with a licence to practice. Please do NOT apply if you have not worked in the NHS in the UK for >12 months and are not fully registered with the GMC.
The department is approved for all stages of Intensive Care training and all clinical fellows will benefit from;
- Named educational supervisor
- Regular protected teaching which maps the FICM syllabus.
We offer 27 days’ annual leave and active support for study, quality improvement and patient safety work as part of our ‘We care’ improvement journey, and medical education and research.
The post is equivalent to a Critical Care/ITU/ICU/ICM Registrar (ST3 +).
Candidates MUST have:
• a minimum of 4 years post-graduation clinical experience
• a minimum of 6 months Anaesthetic experience
• a minimum of 6 months ITU experience
• be able to intubate independently
• be able to site central venous access independently
