We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our client’s specialist Adult Supported Living service in Oxfordshire, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and additional needs to live independently and achieve their personal goals.

The Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to adults living in supported living environments. You will help individuals build independence, develop life skills and take part in their communities while ensuring they feel safe, respected and valued.
You will work as part of a supportive team delivering high-quality care that promotes dignity, choice and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day support tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences
• Assist with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning and personal care where required
• Encourage independence, confidence and life skills development
• Support individuals to access the community, hobbies, education or employment
• Follow and contribute to person-centred support plans
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and professionals to deliver the best outcomes
About You
We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, patient and committed to delivering high-quality support.
Essential
• A caring and positive attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine interest in supporting people with learning disabilities and autism
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and some sleep-ins if required
Desirable
• Previous experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant or in a similar care role
• NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
• Full UK driving licence (preferred depending on service location)
