The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant
We are looking for a caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school from April 2026 on a full-time, long-term basis. In this role, you will work 1:1 with a pupil with Autism, providing tailored support to help them engage in lessons and develop socially and academically.
You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement strategies that support the pupil’s individual learning needs, helping to create a structured and positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will be patient, understanding, and confident in supporting children with Autism and additional learning needs.
