Job Description:
We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator & Quality Controller to join a farm-based production team in Hampton Lucy. This role involves operating machinery and ensuring that products meet quality standards throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Carrying out quality checks on products during and after production
• Ensuring products meet company and safety standards
• Reporting any machine faults or quality issues
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating machinery is preferred
• Experience in a food production environment would be an advantage
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential due to the location
