AEG Presents is searching for a Safety & Risk Advisor to support our Venues team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver safe, world‑class live events across some of the UK's most iconic venues.
What you'll be doing:
Health & Safety Support
Helping deliver AEG Presents' Health & Safety and Risk Management strategy.
Ensuring our venues stay compliant and operate to industry best practice.
Championing a positive, proactive safety culture across busy live event environments.
Safety Systems & Compliance
Supporting the upkeep of safety policies, contingency plans, and management systems.
Monitoring compliance across venues and contributing to continuous improvement.
Playing an active role in venue Health & Safety meetings.
Risk Assessment & Reporting
Helping manage risk assessments across our UK venues.
Producing clear, useful safety insights and data reports.
Incident Response & Emergency Planning
Assisting with incident investigations and supporting venue teams.
Ensuring venues are prepared for emergencies and have effective contingency plans.
Event & Operational Safety Advice
Advising on event safety, CDM, and risk for incoming shows.
Offering guidance on contractor safety and operational maintenance activities.
What We're Looking For
Experience in a safety role within live events, entertainment, music, or venue operations.
NEBOSH National Diploma (or equivalent) plus event safety experience.
Ideally Chartered IOSH membership or equivalent, with commitment to ongoing development.
Knowledge or interest in crowd management, fire safety, security, or counterterrorism (advantageous).
Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight timeframes.
Strong digital skills, including Microsoft Office and MS Teams.
