Then this could be the role for you.JOB TITLE: Apprenticeship and Work Based Learning Manager LOCATION: King's LynnHOURS: 37 per weekSALARY: £43,858.01 - £47,791.38We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced professional to lead and drive high-quality work-based learning across the College. In this role, you will:Manage and continuously improve work-based learning provision and the team to support the College’s ambition for excellence.Develop a diverse range of learning opportunities that respond effectively to local employer requirements.Lead and support teams to ensure robust quality of delivery across a range of qualifications up to Level 5.You will have a strong track record in IQA, experience of managing teams, and confidence working collaboratively with employers to shape meaningful training and progression pathways. We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Apprenticeship team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength.
