The baby room is a calm space designed for children in the earliest stage of their development. As Baby Room Leader, you’ll guide daily routines, support a small team of practitioners, and ensure babies receive attentive care within a safe, nurturing environment. The role balances hands-on childcare with leadership responsibility for the room’s organisation, learning activities, and standards.

What You’ll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
