Summary
We are looking for a Deputy Manager, Level 3 Plus Qualified Nursery Nurse to work as a Floor Leader in our Baby Room & Toddler Room at our setting in Henley-on-Thames.
Duties:
- Ensure that each child's individual needs are met and a high standard of professional care and education is delivered.
- Observe, assess and plan an interesting, stimulating and challenging range of early years activities.
- Engage as a professional member of the team.
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are read and adhered to.
- Follow risk assessments and healthcare plans.
- Manage team members and their progression.
Experience:
- Previous experience in childcare is essential with at least 2 years experience with under 3's.
- A minimum Childcare Level 3 qualification is essential.
- First aid and safeguarding training desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
