Summary
JAM CARE is recruiting compassionate and reliable Health Care Assistants to support a client on a one-to-one basis in their own home.
You will provide high-quality, person-centred care, supporting with daily living, personal care, and emotional wellbeing. This role requires consistency, professionalism, and the ability to build a strong and trusting relationship with the client.
Previous experience working one-to-one in a client’s home is beneficial, but not essential.
Please note: you must be comfortable driving the clients adapted vehicle this is a small transit van and is used for the clients social needs.

What You’ll Need:
Right to work in the UK
