This is a unique opportunity to work as an Early Years Practitioner across two exceptional settings, St George’s Weybridge and The Gap Club. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills across early years and wraparound childcare settings, supporting children’s development in different contexts. The successful candidate will be employed separately by both St George’s Weybridge and The Gap Club, and therefore we are seeking candidates who are willing to fulfil both aspects of this role. It is an essential requirement of both these roles to hold a minimum of a Full and Relevant NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent qualification).

Children in the SGW Nursery are welcomed into a happy and vibrant atmosphere that encourages, stimulates, and supports development throughout the important first years of education. Our goal is to provide attentive childcare within a safe and nurturing learning environment, allowing children to flourish as individuals whilst also developing a sense of mutual respect and compassion. Children can join the Lower Nursery aged two, progressing into the Upper Nursery. All Key Persons share in the planning of activities and are responsible for monitoring and recording the development of the children in their care.

The Gap Club offers premium out-of-school childcare for nursery and primary-aged children, with a focus on creating nurturing, play-based enriching environments where children can thrive and develop holistically.

For Safer Recruitment purposes all applicants must complete an application form. Full details including a job description and access to our online application form can be found on our website via the link below. Please note that applications submitted to St George’s Weybridge for this vacancy will be shared with The Gap Club Limited.
