Job Description

Reach Developers is looking for Retrofit Installers to assist with property renovation and energy efficiency upgrades across residential buildings.

Duties
• Install insulation systems and energy efficiency measures
• Fit energy-efficient windows and doors
• Support renovation and refurbishment work
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and to high standards
• Work with supervisors and other team members on construction projects

Requirements
• Experience in construction, installation, or refurbishment work
• Practical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Good teamwork and communication skills
