Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Practitioner to join our team at Rising Stars Romford. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery setting. Duties:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
- Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of children's daily routines, progress, and any incidents
- Ensure the health, safety, and hygiene standards are met at all times
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's development
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare
- Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early years education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- A genuine passion for working with children
